As young holiday goers, we loved the unique interior design and high standard of furnishings at this beautifully restored B&B. The owners have great taste and know how to create a comfortable stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with fresh produce from the local market and bakery. The hosts were extremely helpful, greeting us late at night and assisting with parking our large ranger rover and trailer. They even made us breakfast when we missed the usual time. The shower in our room was simply incredible. We also enjoyed the peaceful swimming pool and garden. Safe ample parking was a big plus.

Felt so much at home, no complaints whatsoever.

Staying at L'Esprit Du 8 was fantastic, I did not want to leave. By and large, it was an excellent base for sightseeing in Rochefort, I had so much fun. The location of the hotel was amazing - at a moderate distance from Place Colbert.
